Team Minato has a lot of similarities to Team Seven, Kakashi like Sasuke, Rin like Sakura, and of course, Obito like Naruto. However, I think Obito has something in common with each member, not just Naruto.

Naruto

Both Naruto and Obito care deeply for their teammates and are willing to abandon a mission if it meant saving one of them. Both are quick to anger caused by their respective rivals, and have crushes on their female teammate. Obito's feelings for Rin however are much less obvious and Rin is unaware of them, unlike Sakura, who is well aware of Naruto's feelings for her.

Like Naruto, who was seen as an outcast wanting to prove himself, Obito also wants acknowledgement. Obito is weak when compared to the others of his clan. It is possible that the Uchiha Clan sees Obito as a failure and cast him out. Thus explains Obito's obsession with awakening his Sharingan and surpassing his genius rival.

Sasuke

Obito and Sasuke are both the Uchiha of their respective teams, though their personalities seem to be very different. There are however, some things similar aside from their black hair and last name.

When Sakura was nervous and doubted her skills at the start of the Chuunin Exams, Sasuke tried to help her subtly by bringing up her skills in Genjutsu. This support of her is something Obito would have done for Rin.

Obito awakened his Sharingan because of his desire to protect Kakashi. Sasuke awakened his in order to save Naruto in their fight with Haku.

Sasuke, without any concern for himself, jumped into the way of Haku's attack in order to save Naruto, nearly dying in the process. Obito's willingness to do the same for Kakashi when Kakkou's Earth Jutsu caused the cave in is similar, only with no happy outcome for this Uchiha.

When Sasuke was saved by Sakura during the fight with Gaara and was pinned by the Jinchuuriki, Sasuke cast his pride aside and begged Naruto to save her, no matter what. This is similar to Obito putting the life of his crush into the hands of Kakashi right before he died.

Sakura

Sakura was the weakest member of Team Seven emotionally, same as Obito. Sakura often cried and got scared during intense situations too.

Both were tired of being protected and wanted to step up and be the protector, So when Sasuke and Naruto were unconscious after the fight with Orochimaru and the Oto team was after Sasuke, Sakura finally became courageous, standing her ground despite the odds against her. Just like when Obito found his courage after seeing Kakashi lose his eye trying to protect him.

When Sakura threw herself in front of Gaara to protect the exhausted Sasuke, she was nearly killed in the process. She again paralleled Obito's sacrifice to save Kakashi.
